Pawsynced is a small operation, so when you email us you are talking to the person who chose the products. Whatever it is, an order that has not turned up, a part you cannot work out, or a question before you buy, send it through and we will sort it out.

Getting in touch

Email pawsync11@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can. If it is about an order, include your order number, and if something has gone wrong, a photo. It saves a round of back and forth and gets you an answer faster.

Orders and delivery

Delivery takes 10 to 31 days.

Standard shipping within Australia is $11.00 AUD, and it is free on orders of $180.00 AUD or more. Express shipping within Australia is $15.00 AUD, and international shipping is $20.00 AUD. The full detail is in our shipping policy.

If your order has passed that window and still has not arrived, email us and we will chase it up for you.

Returns and refunds

Items bought from this website are non-refundable if you change your mind. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which are set out in full in our refund policy.

If something arrives damaged

Email us with a photo of the item and the packaging it came in, and we will sort out a replacement.

Care and cleaning

Automatic feeders. Dry food only, as wet food will clog the chute and spoil in the hopper. The bowl lifts straight out and washes in the sink, and the body wipes down with a damp cloth. Keep water out of the hopper so the food does not clump, and let everything dry before you put it back together. For indoor use, as feeders are not weatherproof.

Water fountains. Clean the fountain regularly and top it up before the level runs low, because the pump should never run dry. Place it on a stable, flat surface and keep the cord out of reach of curious paws and teeth. Swap the filters out as they are used up.

Beds and soft pieces. The cover comes off and goes in the wash. Check the bed now and then for loose threads or wear, and retire it if anything has come apart.
