Where we ship

We ship anywhere in Australia, and to 27 countries overseas including New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, Israel, the United Arab Emirates and most of Western Europe.

If your country does not appear at checkout, we are not able to ship there yet.

What shipping costs

Within Australia, standard shipping is $11.00 AUD and express shipping is $15.00 AUD. Standard international shipping is $20.00 AUD.

Some orders qualify for free shipping. The exact cost for your order is worked out at checkout once you enter your delivery address, and that figure is the one that applies.

How long delivery takes

Delivery takes 10 to 31 days from the day you place your order. That window covers the time it takes to get your order packed and on its way, as well as the time it spends in transit.

Where tracking is available for your order, we will email it to you.

If your order has not arrived

If 31 days have passed and your order still has not turned up, email us at pawsync11@gmail.com with your order number. We will chase it up and let you know where it is.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before you place your order. Once an order has been sent we are not able to redirect it, and we cannot replace an order that goes missing because the address was wrong. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we will change it if the order has not yet gone out.

Customs and duties on international orders

Orders sent outside Australia may attract import duties, taxes or customs charges in the destination country. These are set by that country, not by us, and they are the responsibility of the person receiving the order.
