Who we are

This website is operated by Pawsync, based in South Australia. Throughout the site, the words we, us and our refer to Pawsync. By visiting this site or buying something from us, you agree to the terms set out below.

Using this site

You need to be old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live in order to place an order. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, and not to interfere with the site or attempt to get around its security.

Products and pricing

All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include tax where it applies. We do our best to show our products accurately, but colours on a screen can differ slightly from the item in your hands.

We may change prices, product details and availability at any time. If a product is listed at the wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order and we may limit quantities. If we cannot fulfil your order we will let you know and refund you.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify. We do not see or store your card details.

Shipping and returns

Delivery times, costs and destinations are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are set out in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for anything done through your account.

Our content

The text, photographs, logo and design on this site belong to Pawsync. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our permission.

Links to other sites

This site may link to sites we do not run. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
